研究目的：

本研究聚焦于产科抗磷脂综合征人群，探索绿地暴露和/或空气污染（PM2.5、PM10、O3、NO2、CO、SO2等）与产科抗磷脂综合征（OAPS）之间的关联。以期从环境角度出发，为提升母婴安全提供数据支撑。 1. 探讨孕前和孕期空气污染暴露与OAPS发生风险的关联性，明确关键空气污染物； 2. 探讨孕前和孕期住宅绿地暴露评估指数NDVI与OAPS发生风险的关联性； 3. 探讨不同空气污染物在住宅绿地暴露与OAPS之间的中介效应与调节效应； 4. 探索空气污染物和绿地水平对OAPS患者免疫反应、炎症和凝血标志物的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on the population with obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome (OAPS), aiming to explore the associations between exposure to residential green space and/or air pollutants (PM2.5, PM10, O3, NO2, CO, SO2, etc.) and the risk of OAPS. The goal is to provide data-driven insights from an environmental perspective to improve maternal and infant safety. Specifically, the study is divided into the following four objectives: 1. To investigate the association between pre-pregnancy and pregnancy exposure to air pollutants and the risk of OAPS, and to identify the key air pollutants involved; 2. To investigate the association between the residential green space exposure index NDVI before and during pregnancy and the risk of OAPS; 3. To examine the mediating and moderating effects of different air pollutants in the relationship between residential green space exposure and OAPS; 4. To explore the effects of air pollutants and green space levels on immune responses, inflammation, and coagulation markers in patients with OAPS.

纳入标准：

2018-2024年在中国福利会国际和平妇幼保健院住院分娩且活产的孕产妇。

Inclusion criteria

1.Maternal women who delivered live births and were hospitalized at the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital, China Welfare Institute, between 2018 and 2024.

排除标准：

1. 怀孕前曾经诊断为APS； 2. 既往有血栓史或妊娠合并血栓的患者； 3. 有吸烟史、饮酒史； 4. 孕期使用严重影响母婴结局的药物； 5. 妊娠合并重要脏器严重病变等重大疾病史； 6. HBV、HCV、HIV、梅毒或结核病活动性感染患者； 7. 因计划生育或个人要求进行引产的患者； 8. 未进行常规产检，资料不完整者； 9. 多胎妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosed with APS prior to pregnancy;
2.Patients with a history of thrombosis or pregnancy complicated by thrombosis;
3.History of smoking or alcohol consumption;
4.Use of medications during pregnancy that significantly affect maternal and infant outcomes;
5.History of major diseases such as severe organ lesions complicating pregnancy;
6.Patients with active infections including HBV, HCV, HIV, syphilis, or tuberculosis;
7.Patients undergoing induced labor due to family planning or personal requests;
8.Those who did not undergo routine prenatal examinations, resulting in incomplete data;
9.Multiple pregnancies.
