研究目的：

主要研究目的：研究HIV阳性患者中肛门部位HPV 感染率及HPV感染相关肛门病变情况 次要研究目的：1、探索HIV感染者的肛门部位HPV感染亚型的分布情况；2、探索HIV感染者肛门部位HPV感染和肛门病变的相关性；3、探索HIV感染者基本情况与HPV感染和肛门病变的相关性；4、探索HPV疫苗接种对HIV感染者HPV感染及肛门病变的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research objective: To investigate the HPV infection rate and HPV related anal lesions of HIV positive patients Secondary research objectives: 1. To explore the distribution of subtypes of HPV infection in the anal area of HIV infected individuals; 2. Explore the correlation between HPV infection in the anal area and anal lesions in HIV infected individuals; 3. Explore the correlation between basic information of HIV infected individuals and HPV infection and anal lesions; 4. Explore the impact of HPV vaccination on HPV infection and anal lesions in HIV infected individuals.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. HIV血清学抗体阳性患者； 2. 年龄大于18岁，小于65岁； 3. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. HIV serological antibody positive patients; 2. Age greater than 18 years old and less than 65 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 既往有肛门病变或肛门癌病史； 2. 妊娠； 3. 无自主决策能力的受试者； 4. 目前或计划其他HPV相关临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of anal lesions or anal cancer in the past; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Subjects without autonomous decision-making ability; 4. Currently or planning other HPV related clinical studies.
