研究目的：

在接受择期全身麻醉的儿科患者中，术前饱胃发生率及进行术前胃超声检查后改变麻醉管理策略的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

The incidence of preoperative full stomach and the frequency of anesthesia management strategy alterations following preoperative gastric ultrasound in pediatric patients undergoing elective general anesthesia.

纳入标准：

1.2-18岁；
2.ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；
3.接受全身麻醉的择期儿科患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 2–18 years 2. ASA Physical Status I–II 3. Pediatric patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.患者家属或本人未授权知情同意书； 2.无法右侧卧位； 3.上消化道解剖结构异常或腹部手术史影响超声检查（包括既往食管、胃部手术史等）； 4.未达到术前禁食禁饮标准。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to obtain informed consent from the legal guardian or the patient. 2. Inability to maintain the right lateral decubitus (RLD) position. 3. Anatomical abnormalities of the upper gastrointestinal tract or a history of abdominal surgery that interferes with ultrasound examination (e.g., prior esophageal or gastric surgery). 4. Failure to meet preoperative fasting and fluid restriction standards.

所有受试者首先处于仰卧位进行胃超声检查，随后转为右侧卧位再次进行胃超声检查，在右侧卧位在腹主动脉与下腔静脉截面分别储存三个胃收缩间期的图像，使用描迹法（包含胃壁浆膜层）测量胃窦横截面积取平均值。

Gastric ultrasound was performed immediately upon the patient's arrival in the operating room.

Measure method：

All subjects underwent initial gastric ultrasonography in the supine position, followed by a subsequent examination in the right lateral decubitus (RLD) position. In the RLD position, three images were captured during gastric relaxation (between contractions) at the level of the abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava. The gastric antral cross-sectional area (CSA) was measured using the free-tracing method (including the serosal layer), and the average value of the three measurements was recorded
