研究目的：

主要目的： 探究术中使用依托咪酯对接受腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术（LSG）的肥胖症患者围术期血流动力学稳定性的影响。 次要目的： (1) 探讨术中使用依托咪酯对接受腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术（LSG）的肥胖症患者术后炎症反应指标的影响； (2) 评估术中使用依托咪酯对接受腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术（LSG）的肥胖症患者术后其他恢复相关结局的影响，包括术后血糖水平、气管导管拔除时间、住院时间及ICU 转入率等。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To investigate the effect of intraoperative etomidate use on perioperative hemodynamic stability in patients with obesity undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG). Secondary Objectives: (1) To explore the effect of intraoperative etomidate use on postoperative inflammatory response markers in patients with obesity undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG); (2) To evaluate the effect of intraoperative etomidate use on other postoperative recovery?related outcomes in patients with obesity undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG), including postoperative blood glucose levels, tracheal extubation time, length of hospital stay, and ICU admission rate.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术的患者 2.手术类型为择期手术； 3.麻醉方案为全身麻醉，且全身麻醉时间>=1h；； 4.术前存在具有明确的肥胖症或代谢综合征的诊断； 5.术中有连续、完整的有创动脉血压监测记录

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy; 2. The procedure is elective; 3. The anesthesia regimen is general anesthesia, with a duration of general anesthesia of >= 1 hour; 4. A confirmed diagnosis of obesity or metabolic syndrome is present prior to surgery; 5. Continuous, complete, invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring records are available during surgery.

排除标准：

1.麻醉过程未有连续的侵入性血压监测； 2.麻醉或围术期关键信息缺失（包括麻醉用药、血流动力学监测或实验室检查资料）； 3.患者基本人口统计学信息缺失（如年龄、身高、体重及性别等）； 4.围术期发生严重非麻醉相关并发症，可能显著影响血流动力学或炎症指标评估者； 5.住院期间接受两次及以上手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No continuous invasive blood pressure monitoring during the anesthetic process; 2. Missing key information regarding anesthesia or the perioperative period (including anesthetic agents, hemodynamic monitoring, or laboratory test results); 3. Missing basic demographic information (such as age, height, weight, and gender); 4. Patients who experienced severe non-anesthesia-related complications during the perioperative period that could significantly affect the assessment of hemodynamic or inflammatory markers; 5. Patients who underwent two or more surgeries during their hospital stay.
