研究目的：

筛选肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者发生感染的危险因素，构建并验证感染风险列线图预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify the risk factors for infection in patients with liver cirrhosis (LC) complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB) and to construct and validate a nomogram prediction model.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 周岁； 2.符合肝硬化诊断标准； 3.经检查确诊为上消化道出血。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥18 years; 2.Meeting diagnostic criteria for LC; 3.Confirmed diagnosis of UGIB;

排除标准：

1.入院时存在明确的活动性感染； 2.合并恶性肿瘤； 3.重要临床资料缺失； 4.入院 24 小时内死亡或自行出院。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Clear active infection at admission; 2.Malignant tumors; 3.Missing important clinical data; 4.Death within 24 h after admission or discharge against medical advice.

Nosocomial co-infection was defined as new-onset infection during hospitalization, or newly confirmed infection meeting diagnostic criteria via laboratory examinations. The diagnosis was made based on patients' symptoms, signs, microbiological tests, and imaging findings, and all diagnoses were jointly confirmed by two senior physicians.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为回顾性观察性研究，数据采集自医院电子病历系统，采集内容包括人口学、疾病、治疗、实验室及感染相关指标，入院 24 小时内完成基线数据采集，实行双人核对与质量控制。数据实行加密存储、去标识化、分级权限管理，全程可溯源，研究结束后保存不少于 10 年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This is a retrospective observational study. Data were collected from the hospital electronic medical record system, including demographic, disease-related, treatment-related, laboratory, and infection-related indicators. Baseline data were collected within 24 hours after admission. Double data entry and verification as well as quality control were implemented. All data were stored encrypted, de-identified, and managed with hierarchical permission. The entire data process was traceable. Data will be preserved for no less than 10 years after study completion.
