研究目的：

1. 主要目的: (1) 评估G6PD基因突变与心脑血管并发症（复合终点）的关联。 (2) 量化G6PD基因突变对2型糖尿病患者HbA1c水平的低估效应。 2. 次要目的: (1) 验证HbA1c低估是否在G6PD突变与心脑血管并发症之间起中介作用。 (2) 建立适合G6PD突变患者的HbA1c校正公式及糖化白蛋白（GA）监测方案。 (3) 评估治疗误分类率（HbA1c<7.0%但GA>20%）。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objectives: 1. To assess the association between G6PD gene mutations and cardiocerebrovascular complications (composite endpoint). 2. To quantify the underestimation effect of G6PD gene mutations on HbA1c levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Secondary Objectives: 1. To verify whether HbA1c underestimation plays a mediating role between G6PD mutations and cardiocerebrovascular complications. 2. To establish an HbA1c correction formula and a glycated albumin (GA) monitoring strategy suitable for patients with G6PD mutations. 3. To evaluate the treatment misclassification rate (HbA1c < 7.0% with GA > 20%).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》T2DM诊断标准； 2: 年龄18至75岁 3: 索引住院期间同次完成HbA1c及空腹血糖检测（采血间隔≤3天） 4: 有剩余外周血样本可供G6PD基因检测 5: 临床资料完整

Inclusion criteria

1: Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) according to the Guideline for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China (2020 edition);. 2: Aged 18 to 75 years; 3: HbA1c and fasting plasma glucose tests completed concurrently during the index hospitalization (blood collection interval ≤3 days); 4: Have residual peripheral blood samples available for G6PD genetic testing; 5: Have complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1: 1型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病或继发性糖尿病 2: 入组前3个月内接受过输血或促红细胞生成素治疗 3: 确诊的非G6PD相关性溶血性贫血、地中海贫血或其他严重血液系统疾病 4: 终末期肾病（eGFR<15 mL/min/1.73m2）或接受肾脏替代治疗 5: 合并恶性肿瘤、严重肝衰竭（Child-Pugh C级） 6: 病历缺失关键变量超过20%

Exclusion criteria：

1: Type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus, or secondary diabetes 2: Receipt of blood transfusion or erythropoietin therapy within 3 months prior to enrollment 3: Confirmed non-G6PD-related hemolytic anemia, thalassemia, or other serious hematological disorders 4: End-stage renal disease (eGFR <15 mL/min/1.73m^2) or undergoing renal replacement therapy; 5: Concomitant malignancy or severe liver failure (Child-Pugh class C) 6: Missing more than 20% of key variables in medical records
