研究目的：

鉴于术后肺炎带来的沉重临床负担，且术中血压属于可调控的临床指标，进一步明确术中低血压相关风险具有重要临床意义。本研究基于多中心回顾性队列，系统探讨不同血压阈值及时间定义下的术中低血压与术后肺炎的关联。通过在特定病因风险模型框架下对多种术中低血压评估方案进行分析，旨在筛选出与术后肺炎相关性最强的低血压特征，为围手术期血流动力学管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Given the heavy clinical burden of postoperative pneumonia and the fact that intraoperative blood pressure is a controllable clinical indicator, it is of significant clinical importance to further clarify the risks associated with intraoperative hypotension. This study, based on a multicenter retrospective cohort, systematically explores the association between intraoperative hypotension and postoperative pneumonia under different blood pressure thresholds and time definitions. By analyzing multiple intraoperative hypotension assessment schemes within the framework of specific etiological risk models, the aim is to identify the hypotension characteristics most strongly associated with postoperative pneumonia, providing a basis for hemodynamic management during the perioperative period.

纳入标准：

2021 年1 月1 日至2025年 6 月 30 日期间，在四川省医学科学院三家附属医院（青羊宫、龙泉驿、草堂）接受全身麻醉下行非心脏手术的成年患者。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia at three affiliated hospitals of Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences (Qingyanggong, Longquanyi, Caotang) from January 1, 2021, to June 30, 2025.
