研究目的：

本研究拟分析妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者VTE发生的危险因素，明确妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者VTE发生风险的预测因子，通过机器学习算法中的四种算法构建最佳妇科恶肿瘤手术患者VTE预测模型，开发妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者VTE风险预警系统，将其应用于临床中进行验证，为临床医护人员精准评估妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者VTE发生风险提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the risk factors for venous thromboembolism (VTE) in patients undergoing gynecological malignancy surgery, identify the predictive factors for VTE occurrence in these patients, construct the best VTE prediction model for gynecological malignancy surgery patients using four algorithms from machine learning, develop a VTE risk warning system for gynecological malignancy surgery patients, and apply it in clinical practice for verification. This will provide a scientific basis for clinical medical staff to accurately assess the risk of VTE occurrence in gynecological malignancy surgery patients.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.首次发生且原发病灶为女性生殖系统器官，经病理学检查确诊为妇科恶性肿瘤（子宫颈癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌）[39]接受手术； 3.患者具备完整的实验室检验（D-二聚体、血小板计数、血红蛋白、凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、血清同型半胱氨酸等检验指标等）和辅助检查（双下肢静脉彩超） 4.同意参加该研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years; 2. First occurrence with the primary lesion located in the female reproductive system, pathologically confirmed as a gynecologic malignant tumor (cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer) and undergoing surgery; 3. The patient has complete laboratory tests (D-dimer, platelet count, hemoglobin, prothrombin time, fibrinogen, serum homocysteine, etc.) and auxiliary examinations (bilateral lower limb venous ultrasound); 4. Agrees to participate in this study and has signed the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.患者术前已被诊断为 DVT或PE，或其他部位已存在动脉或静脉栓塞； 2.有严重的心理及精神疾病、认知行为能力异常及依从性差者； 3.伴有神经功能缺失者，神经麻痹者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient was previously diagnosed with DVT or PE, or there was already an arterial or venous embolism in another part of the body; 2.Those with severe psychological and mental disorders, abnormal cognitive and behavioral abilities, and poor compliance; 3.Those with neurological deficits or nerve paralysis.
