本研究旨在构建并验证“AI驱动的虚拟标准化病人（AI-VSP）联合问题导向学习（PBL）”教学模式在口腔医学本科生牙体牙髓病学教学中的应用效果，探索该模式对学生临床能力及学业成效的提升作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop and validate the effectiveness of the ‘AI-driven Virtual Standardised Patient (AI-VSP) combined with Problem-Based Learning (PBL)’ teaching model in the instruction of endodontics for undergraduate dental students, and to investigate the model’s impact on enhancing students’ clinical skills and academic performance.

纳入标准：

1. 广州医科大学口腔医学专业四年级本科生； 2. 已完成牙体牙髓病学基础理论课程学习； 3. 自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。 4. 前期未参与过同类教学改革研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. A fourth-year undergraduate student majoring in Stomatology at Guangzhou Medical University; 2. Have completed the study of the basic theory course of endodontics and cariology; 3. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form. 4. Has not participated in similar teaching reform research in the early stage.

排除标准：

1. 曾系统学习过相关内容，可能影响教学效果评估者； 2. 未完整参加全部 4 次结构化 PBL 课程者； 3. 因个人原因中途退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have systematically studied relevant content and may affect the assessment of teaching effectiveness; 2. Those who have not fully participated in all four structured PBL courses; 3. Quit the researcher halfway due to personal reasons.
