研究目的：

本项目拟解决早期诊断胎儿遗传综合征的技术难题， 通过建立多维度大样本数据库， 孕妇临床基本信息 （电子病历与实验室检查结果） 、 遗传基因检测结果、 胎儿颜面 2D/3D影像、胎儿宫内行为数据等，运用超声图像智能增强预处理、研发计算机视觉、自然语言处理、智能生物测量、多模态融合等技术，形成 AI 智能筛查模型，并纵横向深度挖掘，构建异常胎儿数据模型预警。实现胎儿遗传综合征的产前智能识别和诊断，开展系统的性能评估，建立临床技术标准，促进新技术的推广和应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to address the technical challenges in the early diagnosis of fetal genetic syndrome defects. By establishing a multidimensional, large-sample database—including basic clinical information of pregnant women (electronic medical records and laboratory test results), genetic test results, 2D/3D images of fetal facial features, and intrauterine fetal behavior data—and utilizing technologies such as intelligent ultrasound image enhancement preprocessing, computer vision, natural language processing, intelligent biometrics, and multimodal fusion, an AI-based intelligent screening model will be developed. Deep vertical and horizontal mining will be conducted to build abnormal fetal data model warnings. The project seeks to achieve prenatal intelligent identification and diagnosis of fetal genetic syndromes, carry out systematic performance evaluations, establish clinical technical standards, and promote the adoption and application of new technologies.

纳入标准：

1.夫妻双方均为华人； 2.单胎妊娠； 3.超声检查孕周在11-27+6 周； 4.21三体综合征、18 三体综合征、Turner 综合征以及胎儿22q11.2 缺失综合征、努南综合征等常见遗传综合征疾病； 5.如为嵌合体，异常嵌合体比例大于20%； 6.留存质量合格的颜面部二维、三维超声图像

Inclusion criteria

1.Both couples are of Chinese descent;
2.Singleton pregnancy;
3.Ultrasound examination at our hospital shows gestational age between 11 and 27 weeks and 6 days;
4.Trisomy 21, Trisomy 18, Turner syndrome, as well as common genetic syndromes such as fetal 22q11.2 deletion syndrome and Noonan syndrome;
5.Chimerism proportion greater than 20%;
6.Retain qualified two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound images of the face;
