研究目的：

1.科学地构建基于移动医疗的适用于我国冠心病患者的自助式积极心理干预方案。 2.选择具体的移动医疗形式进行方案的实现，通过实证研究分析方案的可行性以及该方案对于增强冠心病患者的幸福感、改善患者情绪以及提升其健康行为动机的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Scientifically construct a self-service positive psychological intervention program based on mobile medical care for patients with coronary heart disease in China. 2.Select the specific form of mobile health to achieve the program, through empirical research to analyze the feasibility of the program and the effectiveness of the program to enhance the well-being of patients with coronary heart disease, improve patient mood and enhance their health behavior motivation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合冠心病的诊断标准，年龄≥18周岁； 2.意识清楚能够正常沟通； 3.能看懂并理解问卷条目及积极心理干预的内容； 4.拥有智能手机，自己能够打字记录或者家属能够帮忙打字记录； 5.对本研究知情同意且自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients met the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease and was ≥ 18 years old; 2. Patients with clear consciousness can communicate normally; 3. Patients can understand the questionnaire items and the content of positive psychological intervention; 4. Patients have smart phones and can type records or family members can help type records; 5. Patients informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.研究开始进行时间段内需要进行手术； 2.心功能为Ⅳ级，严重活动困难； 3.心绞痛发作尚不能缓解； 4.合并其他严重疾病； 5.正参与其他研究； 6.近期存在突发事件使心理受到刺激。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients will undergo surgery during the study period; 2. NYHA cardiac function I-IV grade of patients is IV; 3. Angina attacks in patients still can not be alleviated; 4. The patients also had other serious diseases (such as cancer); 5. Patients are participating in other research projects; 6. Patients with recent emergencies make psychological stimulation;

研究者按照入组顺序将符合纳入与排除标准的研究对象从1～60编号，并输入到Excel表中，由Excel表生成1～60个随机不重复的数字对研究对象进行重新编号，将重新编号后编号为1～30的研究对象纳入试验组（WPP组），编号为31～60的研究对象纳入对照组（HEG组）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Eligible participants were enrolled consecutively and assigned a sequential number (1 to 60) based on recruitment order. To ensure approximate balance in sample size between groups while introducing an element of randomness, an independent researcher generated a random permutation of numbers 1 to 60 using Excel (RAND function). Participants were renumbered accordingly, with those receiving renumbered IDs 1–30 allocated to the intervention group (WPP, n = 30) and those with IDs 31–60 allocated to the control group (HEG, n = 30).
