研究目的：

探讨直入法喉罩置入困难与小儿深麻醉拔管后舌后坠的关联性，量化其人群归因分数（PAF），明确该因素的临床预警价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the association between difficult intubation with the direct laryngoscopy-guided laryngeal mask airway and post-extubation laryngospasm in children, quantify its population attributable fraction (PAF), and clarify its clinical predictive value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级I-II级，年龄1-14岁； 2.择期手术，计划使用喉罩通气且保留自主呼吸； 3.监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA grades I-II, aged 1-14 years old; 2. Elective surgery, planned to use laryngeal mask airway while preserving spontaneous breathing; 3. The guardian signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）病史； 2. 先天性气道畸形（如小下颌、喉软化）； 3. 术中转为气管插管或出现严重并发症（如喉痉挛）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA); 2. Congenital airway malformations (such as mandibular and laryngeal softening); 3. During surgery, tracheal intubation may occur or serious complications such as laryngeal spasms may occur.
