研究目的：

应用人工智能技术整合现代医学检测指标及中医证素等大规模、多维度数据，挖掘AECOPD并发VTE的危险因素，数智化驱动中西医协同风险预测模型的构建及验证，精准识别AECOPD并发VTE高危人群及干预时机，指导个体化防治方案的制定，增强临床决策的科学性，为开展“中西医协同-分层干预”奠定基础，提升重大慢病防治能力，降低病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

To apply artificial intelligence techniques to integrate large?scale, multi?dimensional data including modern medical detection indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, explore the risk factors of AECOPD complicated with VTE, and construct and validate a digitally intelligent?driven integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine risk prediction model. This model aims to accurately identify high?risk populations and optimal intervention timing for AECOPD?associated VTE, guide the formulation of individualized prevention and treatment strategies, enhance the scientificity of clinical decision?making, lay a foundation for the implementation of an “integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine?stratified intervention” model, improve the prevention and control capacity of major chronic diseases, and reduce mortality.

纳入标准：

1.符合AECOPD诊断标准；
2.性别、年龄不限。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for AECOPD;
2.No restriction on gender and age.

排除标准：

1.入组前已明确诊断静脉血栓栓塞性疾病，正在抗凝治疗中的患者；
2.病历资料严重缺失的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of venous thromboembolism before enrollment and who were receiving anticoagulant therapy;
2.Patients with severely incomplete medical records.
