研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性、随机对照临床试验，系统探究光动力疗法（Photodynamic Therapy, PDT）在慢性脱屑性唇炎（Chronic Exfoliative Cheilitis）治疗中的临床价值，突破传统药物治疗的局限性，构建基于循证医学的精准治疗模式。PDT作为新兴物理疗法，虽初步研究显示其可通过靶向光敏反应抑制异常免疫活化，但其在糜烂型OLP中的长期疗效稳定性、组织修复质量及复发控制能力仍缺乏高质量循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically investigate the clinical value of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in the treatment of chronic exfoliative cheilitis through a prospective, randomized controlled clinical trial, with the goal of overcoming the limitations of traditional pharmacological treatments and establishing an evidence-based precision treatment protocol. While preliminary studies suggest that PDT—an emerging physical therapy—can suppress abnormal immune activation through targeted photosensitization, there remains a lack of high-quality evidence regarding its long-term efficacy stability, tissue repair quality, and recurrence control capabilities in chronic exfoliative cheilitis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18 - 70岁、性别不限； 2.唇部以脱屑为主要特征，可伴有局部干胀、发痒、刺痛或灼痛等，病情反反复复，可持续数月甚至数年不愈的慢性脱屑性唇炎者； 3.能够清晰表达自身症状及感受； 4.参与者自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years, regardless of gender; 2. The lips are mainly characterized by exfoliation, which can be accompanied by local dry swelling, itching, tingling or burning pain. The condition is repeated and can last for months or even years. 3. Can clearly express their own symptoms and feelings; 4. Participants voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 光化性唇炎或腺性唇炎或接触性唇炎等其他类型的唇炎者，口腔或唇部已有恶性肿瘤者； 2. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 3. 过去1个月内接受过针对慢性脱屑性唇炎的系统治疗或局部治疗，包括使用糖皮质激素、钙调磷酸酶抑制剂、抗感染药物等； 4. 曲安奈德或激光、或光动力治疗过敏史； 5. 免疫系统功能异常（如类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、HIV 感染等疾病）或正在使用免疫抑制剂（如环孢素、甲氨蝶呤等）的患者； 6. 无法完成研究随访的患者（例如住院治疗、精神障碍、不配合）等研究者认为不适合纳入的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with other types of cheilitis such as actinic cheilitis or glandular cheilitis or contact cheilitis, and those with malignant tumors in the mouth or lips ; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. In the past month, patients received systemic or local treatment for chronic desquamation cheilitis, including the use of glucocorticoids, calcineurin inhibitors, anti-infective drugs, etc. 4. Triamcinolone acetonide or laser, or photodynamic therapy history of allergy; 5. Participants with immune system dysfunction ( such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, HIV infection, etc. ) or who are using immunosuppressive agents ( such as cyclosporine, methotrexate, etc. ). 6. Participants who could not complete the follow-up of the study ( such as hospitalization, mental disorders, non-cooperation ) and other conditions that the researchers did not consider suitable for inclusion.
