研究目的：

1.调查麻醉护士POST预防的知识水平、态度信念及实践行为现状； 2.分析知识衰减特征及其与培训经历、组织支持等因素的关系； 3.通过质性访谈深入探究影响POST预防实践行为的促进因素与阻碍因素； 4.基于研究结果提出改进麻醉护士POST预防实践的策略建议。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the current status of anesthetic nurses' knowledge level, attitudes, beliefs, and practices regarding POST prevention; 2. Analyze the characteristics of knowledge decay and its relationship with factors such as training experience and organizational support; 3. Conduct qualitative interviews to explore in depth the facilitating and hindering factors affecting POST prevention practices; 4. Based on the research results, propose strategic recommendations to improve anesthetic nurses' POST prevention practices.

纳入标准：

1. 注册护士； 2. 在麻醉科工作≥6个月； 3. 知情同意，自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1. Registered nurse; 2. Worked in the anesthesiology department for ≥6 months; 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1. 调查期间休假/外出进修者； 2. 行政岗位不直接参与临床麻醉者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those on leave or going out for further study during the survey period; 2. Administrative staff who do not directly participate in clinical anesthesia.
