研究目的：

主要研究目的：评估综合文体活动对于 MHD 患者生存质量的影响 次要研究目的：为在慢性肾脏病患者中推广康复运动训练提供理论依据，为 MHD 患者管理提供更为便捷、连续且最具有成本效益的方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To evaluate the effect of comprehensive recreational activities on the quality of life in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).Secondary objectives: To provide a theoretical basis for promoting rehabilitation exercise training in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), and to offer a more convenient, continuous, and cost-effective approach for the management of MHD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄 18-74 岁， 2、维持性血液透析 3 个月以上， 3、患者 3 次/周透析，KT/V>1.2 ≥3 个月， 4、参与“胡杨林艺术团”综合文体活动，频次≥80% ， 5、所有患者均有完善的医疗干预基础。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-74 years, 2. Maintenance hemodialysis for more than 3 months, 3. Patient undergoes dialysis 3 times/week, KT/V>1.2 for ≥3 months, 4. Participate in the 'Populus Euphratica Art Troupe' comprehensive cultural and sports activities, with a frequency of ≥80%, 5. All patients have a complete medical intervention foundation.

排除标准：

1、心功能 NYHA 分级 IV 级， 2、近期有未控制的不稳定性心绞痛， 3、严重的外周动脉病、骨关节病（患者步行距离小于 200 米，安静状态下血氧饱和度小 于 90%，肢体缺如不能进行运动）， 4、参与院外社交组织且长期参与院外社交活动（参与活动频率≥每周 1 次）， 5、 研究者认为不适合参与本研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.NYHA Class IV heart failure;
2.recent uncontrolled unstable angina;
3.severe peripheral artery disease or osteoarthropathy (defined as walking distance <200 meters, resting oxygen saturation <90%, or limb absence precluding exercise);
4.participation in out-of-hospital social organizations and long-term engagement in out-of-hospital social activities (with a frequency of participation ≥ once per week);
5.patients deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
