研究目的：

1.建立多中心KD合并CAA的研究队列，明确遗传因素在KD合并CAA中的作用，探寻KD合并CAA发生发展的特异性分子标志物； 2.建立KD IVIG治疗反应性研究子队列，解析IVIG抵抗的遗传因素、明确有效判定IVIG抵抗的特异性生物标志物，探讨其在KD合并CAA中的作用； 3.建立KD抗血小板治疗反应性研究子队列，构建判断抗血小板药物疗效的功能评估体系，明确KD患儿血小板反应性的遗传机制，探讨抗血小板治疗在KD合并CAA中的作用；通过回顾分析，明确抗血小板药物剂量、类型是否与KD患儿冠状动脉瘤发生发展相关，为优化抗血小板治疗方案提供参考； 4.建立KD咽拭子宏基因组检测队列，查找KD的可能致病病原体，并解析是否与CAA发生及转归有关。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Establish a multicenter cohort of Kawasaki disease (KD) complicated by coronary artery aneurysms (CAAs) to elucidate the role of genetic factors and identify specific molecular biomarkers underlying the onset and progression of KD with CAAs. 2.Establish a sub-cohort focusing on IVIG treatment responsiveness in KD to dissect the genetic architecture of IVIG resistance, identify specific biomarkers for the effective prediction of IVIG resistance, and explore their roles in the pathogenesis of KD-associated CAAs. 3.Establish a sub-cohort evaluating antiplatelet treatment responsiveness to construct a functional assessment system for drug efficacy, elucidate the genetic mechanisms underlying platelet reactivity in pediatric KD patients, and investigate the impact of antiplatelet therapy on KD with CAAs. Furthermore, through a retrospective analysis, determine whether the dosage and type of antiplatelet agents correlate with the development and outcomes of CAAs in KD children, thereby providing evidence for optimizing antiplatelet treatment strategies. 4.Establish a metagenomic sequencing cohort using throat swabs from KD patients to identify potential causative pathogens and determine their associations with the onset and clinical outcomes of CAAs.

纳入标准：

研究期间经明确诊断为KD，而且长期（超过一年）在本院或合作的多中心医院进行诊疗的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of KD who received long-term follow-up and management (for over one year) at our institution or collaborating multicenter hospitals.

排除标准：

本次入院排除儿童多系统炎症等因其他疾病引起的类KD临床表现的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) or other conditions presenting with KD-like manifestations were excluded upon admission.
