研究目的：

本文研究旨在探讨乳腺癌患者在化疗及靶向治疗过程中发生心脏毒性的相关风险因素，并基于机器学习算法构建可解释性的风险预测模型，以期早期识别心脏毒性高风险患者。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the risk factors associated with cardiotoxicity in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and targeted therapy, and to develop an interpretable risk prediction model based on machine learning algorithms, with the goal of early identification of patients at high risk of cardiotoxicity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理学检查和临床影像学检查确诊乳腺癌； 2.根据美国癌症联合委员会（American Joint Committee on Cancer，AJCC）分期标准，患者被诊断为I-III期乳腺癌 。

Inclusion criteria

1. Breast cancer was confirmed by pathological examination and clinical imaging studies. 2. Patients were diagnosed with stage I-III breast cancer according to the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) staging criteria.

排除标准：

1.其他恶性肿瘤病史； 2.既往胸部放疗史； 3.既往暴露于蒽环类药物或其他新辅助、预期寿命短于 12 个月； 4.参与肿瘤学临床试验； 5.既往病史：心脏不良事件≥3级； 6.妊娠和/或哺乳期； 7.心律失常病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of other malignancies; 2. Prior history of chest radiotherapy; 3. Prior exposure to anthracyclines or other neoadjuvant therapies, or life expectancy less than 12 months; 4. Participation in oncological clinical trials; 5. Past medical history: cardiac adverse events of grade 3 or higher; 6. Pregnancy and/or lactation; 7. History of arrhythmia.
