研究目的：

1.探讨补充DHA对中老年人群认知功能的改善作用。明确补充DHA能否有效延缓或改善与年龄相关的认知功能下降，为利用营养干预策略维护中老年脑健康提供高级别的循证医学证据。 2.从“铁死亡”这一新视角，揭示DHA影响中老年认知功能的潜在生物学机制，从而将DHA的认知益处与细胞水平的抗铁死亡作用联系起来，为理解其神经保护机制开辟新的理论途径。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the improvement effect of DHA supplementation on cognitive function in middle-aged and elderly populations, and to determine whether DHA supplementation can effectively delay or ameliorate age-related cognitive decline, thereby providing high-level evidence-based medical support for the use of nutritional intervention strategies to maintain brain health in this demographic. 2.From the novel perspective of "ferroptosis," this study aims to elucidate the potential biological mechanisms by which DHA influences cognitive function in middle-aged and elderly individuals. By linking the cognitive benefits of DHA to its anti-ferroptotic effects at the cellular level, it seeks to open new theoretical pathways for understanding its neuroprotective mechanisms.

纳入标准：

1.参与者主观认为或由家庭成员/医生客观证实存在记忆减退； 2.记忆减退病程持续至少三个月； 3.简易精神状态检查 (MMSE) 分数文盲组>=17分、小学组>=20分、中学及以上组>=24分； 4.根据日常生活活动量表测量，日常生活活动没有或受到轻微损害，ADL得分<=18分； 5.不符合痴呆、AD、精神疾病、脑损伤或可能导致认知缺陷和任何活动性神经精神疾病的标准。 痴呆诊断标准按照美国精神疾病学会的DSM-IV标准和美国神经学、语言障碍和卒中-老年期痴呆和相关疾病学会（NINCDS-ADRDA）标准，并结合病史等资料进行痴呆诊断。采用HIS鉴别AD及血管性痴呆。可疑MCI及老年性痴呆患者由神经科医师进一步作出诊断。

Inclusion criteria

1. The participants themselves or confirmed by family members or doctors objectively believed that there was memory decline; 2. The course of memory decline lasted for at least three months; 3. The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score was >= 17 for the illiterate group, >= 20 for the primary school group, and >= 24 for the secondary school and above group; 4. According to the Activities of Daily Living Scale measurement, there was no or slight impairment in daily activities, and the ADL score was <= 18; 5. It did not meet the criteria for dementia, AD, mental illness, brain injury or any condition that may cause cognitive impairment and any active neuro-psychiatric disease. The diagnostic criteria for dementia were based on the DSM-IV standards of the American Psychiatric Association and the standards of the American Neurology, Language Disorders and Stroke - Geriatric Dementia and Related Diseases Society (NINCDS-ADRDA), combined with medical history and other data for dementia diagnosis. HIS was used to differentiate AD and vascular dementia. Suspected MCI and senile dementia patients were further diagnosed by neurologists.

排除标准：

1.神经系统检查明显偏瘫、偏身感觉障碍、失语等局灶性中枢神经障碍体征，脑血管病史(包括出血性和缺血性)，发生内脑外伤或骨折； 2.喘息性支气管炎、严重高血压、心绞痛及严重感染等内科疾病； 3.明显抑郁、焦虑情绪等精神病患者及其它内分泌系统疾病史(如甲亢、甲状腺功能低下、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎等)； 4.新发现、进展期或晚期肿瘤； 5.明显影响认知功能测试的视觉、听觉障碍或语言交流困难； 6.酒精依赖及其他精神活性物质滥用病史(如抗精神病药、苯二氮卓类药等)，或服用影响认知功能药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The neurological examination shows obvious signs of focal central nervous system disorders such as hemiplegia, hemiplegic sensory impairment, aphasia, etc. There is a history of cerebrovascular diseases (including hemorrhagic and ischemic types), as well as internal brain trauma or fractures. 2. Asthmatic bronchitis, severe hypertension, angina pectoris, and severe infections, etc. are among the internal medical conditions. 3. Psychiatric patients with obvious depression, anxiety, etc., and other histories of endocrine system diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.). 4. Newly discovered, advanced or terminal tumors. 5. Visual, auditory impairments or difficulties in language communication that significantly affect cognitive function tests. 6. History of alcohol dependence and other substance abuse disorders (such as antipsychotic drugs, benzodiazepines, etc.), or the use of drugs that affect cognitive function.
