研究目的:

本研究旨在开发、验证并优化一个名为“MP-RADS”的基于深度学习的AI模型。该模型将整合颈动脉的二维超声、超微血管成像和剪切波弹性成像等多模态超声数据,并依据Plaque-RADS分类标准,实现对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的自动分割、风险评估(预测缺血性卒中风险)以及狭窄程度评估,最终目标是提升临床对颈动脉斑块相关卒中风险的诊断准确性和效率。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to develop, validate, and optimize a deep learning-based AI model named “MP-RADS”. By integrating multimodal carotid ultrasound data (including 2D ultrasound, Superb Microvascular Imaging, and Shear Wave Elastography) and adhering to the Plaque-RADS classification system, the model is designed to automatically segment carotid atherosclerotic plaques, assess their risk (predicting ischemic stroke risk), and evaluate the degree of stenosis. The ultimate goal is to improve the clinical accuracy and efficiency in diagnosing stroke risk associated with carotid plaques.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.患者既往未发生与颈动脉相关的神经系统疾病; 2.所有患者均行颈动脉超声检查; 3.患者未接受任何与颈动脉相关的有创性介入或手术治疗(颈动脉内膜切除术或支架置入术)。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients had no previous neurological diseases related to the carotid artery. 2. All patients underwent carotid artery ultrasound examination. 3. None of the patients had received any invasive interventional or surgical treatment related to the carotid artery (carotid endarterectomy or stent placement).

排除标准:

1. 患者患有严重心脏病、肾病、癌症、自身免疫性疾病以及精神障碍等无法检查或影响疾病进展判断的严重系统性疾病; 2. 患者未完成以下任一项影像检查(MRI/CT)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The patient has severe systemic diseases such as serious heart disease, kidney disease, cancer, autoimmune diseases and mental disorders that cannot be examined or affect the judgment of disease progression; 2. The patient has not completed any of the following imaging examinations (MRI/CT).
