研究目的：

利用正电子发射断层显像（PET）技术，结合CT与MRI结构影像信息，可视化研究新型TARP-γ8靶向型PET药物在志愿者及抑郁症患者脑内的动力学参数，定量脑内靶点TARP-γ8的生物学信息，探索针对抑郁症影像学特征及特异性，探索TARP-γ8靶向型PET药物临床转化应用潜力，为改善抑郁症诊疗现状提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Using positron emission tomography (PET) technology, combined with CT and MRI structural image information, to visually study the kinetic parameters of the novel TARP-γ8 targeted PET drug in the brain of volunteers and patients with depression, quantify the biological information of the target TARP-γ8 in the brain, and explore the imaging characteristics and specificity for depression. Explore the TARP - gamma 8 of target transformation and application of PET drug clinical potential, providing scientific basis to improve the diagnosis and treatment status of depression.

纳入标准：

1: 健康对照组：a. 经简明国际神经精神障碍访谈中文版5.0.0结构化会晤检查，不符合任一精神障碍的诊断；b.年龄19-65岁；c.自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。 2: 重度抑郁症组：a.符合精神障碍诊断统计手册第五版重性抑郁障碍诊断标准；b.经M.I.N.I.中文版5.0.0结构化会晤检查，不符合其他精神障碍的诊断；c.年龄为19-65岁；d.汉密顿抑郁量表评分>=17分；e.自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1: Healthy controls: a. the concise international nerve disorder interview meeting Chinese version 5.0.0 structured check, do not conform to the diagnosis of any mental disorders; B. age 19-65 years old; c. Voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form. 2: Major depressive disorder group: a. according to the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th edition diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder; b. Did not meet the diagnostic criteria of other mental disorders on the Chinese version of M.I.N.I. 5.0.0 structured interview; C. at age 19-65 years old; D. Hamilton depression rating scale 17 points or more; E. volunteered for the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 合并严重躯体疾病及脑器质性疾病者； 2. 近3月有严重创伤、感染、外伤及手术史； 3. 存在PET-MRI扫描的禁忌条件； 4. 过去1个月内长期食用（每周>=5次）含益生菌类药物或饮品、以及益生元； 5. 过去3个月内使用过抗生素； 6. 过去3个月内严重腹泻（>=3次/天，并>=3天）或严重便秘（<=2次/周，伴排便困难）； 7. 近2周内使用任何精神类的药物或保健品。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Merge serious body disease and organic brain disease; 2. A history of severe trauma, infection, trauma, and surgery in the past 3 months; 3. There are PET, MRI scans of taboo conditions; 4. Long-term consumption (>=5 times per week) of probiotics or beverages or prebiotics in the past 1 month; 5. Use of antibiotics within the past 3 months; 6. Severe diarrhea over the last three months (>=3 times per day, and >=3 days) or severe constipation (<=2 times per week, with difficult defecation); 7. Nearly 2 weeks using any of the psychotropic drugs or health products.
