研究目的：

拟入组6例青少年厌学个体，探索21天的连续tACS治疗对改善青少年厌学的有效性和安全性的影响，为今后的临床推广提供重要的实践和理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Six adolescents with school refusal are planned to be enrolled in the study to explore the efficacy and safety of 21 consecutive days of tACS treatment in improving adolescent school refusal, thereby providing important practical and theoretical evidence for its subsequent clinical promotion.

纳入标准：

1、年龄：年龄13-17岁，至少受教育6年； 2、汉族，右手利； 3、双眼裸视或校正视力正常； 4、存在1个月以上拒绝上学表现中任意一条： （1）≥1个月时间完全不上学； （2）上学，但是在一天中会离开学校或缺席某些特定课程； （3）迟到(慢性迟缓)； （4）上学，但伴随激烈的早晨不当行为，如发脾气或拒绝离家，导致旷课； （5）在校表现出不寻常的痛苦，以此向父母或他人请求以后不上学； 5、至少持续两周以上或持续时间稍短但严重影响了家庭日常功能的不上学行为； 6、受试者或家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 13 to 17 years old, with at least 6 years of education; 2. Han ethnicity, right-handed; 3. Normal uncorrected or corrected visual acuity in both eyes; 4. Presence of any one of the school refusal manifestations for more than 1 month: (1) Complete school absence for >=1 month; (2) Attending school but leaving the campus or being absent from specific courses during the school day; (3) Chronic lateness to school; (4) Attending school but exhibiting intense morning maladaptive behaviors (e.g., temper outbursts or refusing to leave home) resulting in absenteeism; (5) Displaying unusual distress at school and thus requesting to discontinue schooling from parents or others; 5. School refusal behavior that persists for at least 2 weeks, or for a shorter duration but severely impairs the daily family functioning; 6. The subject or their family member signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.严重躯体或脑器质性疾病史； 2.生理疾病导致的不能上学情况； 3.父母故意让孩子不上学导致的退学情况； 4.家庭或社会条件限制了孩子的生活，如无家可归或为逃避虐待等造成的不能上学情况； 5.精神问题或其他困难，如学业失败、学习障碍、精神分裂、发育性障碍、物质滥用和缺乏动机等导致的无法上学情况； 6.复杂的家庭功能失调问题，如极度悲观缺少父母监督导致的不能上学情况； 7.学校存在言语或身体威胁或学风差，包括欺侮、师生冲突、疏忽学生的课程要求或其他违法问题导致的不能上学情况； 8.体内带有金属者，如心脏起搏器； 9.研究者认为存在不适合参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of severe somatic or cerebral organic diseases; 2. Inability to attend school caused by physical illnesses; 3. School withdrawal resulting from parents intentionally keeping their children out of school; 4. Inability to attend school due to family or social constraints on the child’s life (e.g., homelessness or avoidance of abuse); 5. Inability to attend school caused by psychiatric disorders or other difficulties, including academic failure, learning disabilities, schizophrenia, developmental disorders, substance abuse and lack of motivation; 6. Inability to attend school due to complex family dysfunction (e.g., extreme pessimism and inadequate parental supervision); 7. Inability to attend school resulting from verbal or physical threats or a poor academic atmosphere at school, including bullying, teacher-student conflicts, neglect of students’ curriculum requirements or other illegal issues; 8. Presence of metallic implants in the body (e.g., cardiac pacemakers); 9. Any other circumstances deemed inappropriate for study participation by the investigators.

受试者进行tACS 治疗。在电刺激过程中，电极位置的确定使用国际10-20 脑电电极位置系统定位（如图1所示）。治疗部位为3个，1个电极安放在前额叶(Fp1、Fpz、Fp2区域),另2个电极分别放在左、右侧乳突各1个。治疗参数为77.5 Hz，15 mA，每日2次，每次40 min, 2次间隔至少2小时，治疗时间共21天42次。

Intervention：

Subjects received tACS treatment. During electrical stimulation, electrode placement was determined using the international 10-20 electroencephalography (EEG) electrode placement system (as shown in Figure 1). Three treatment sites were selected: one electrode was placed over the prefrontal lobe (Fp1, Fpz, and Fp2 regions), and the other two electrodes were placed on the left and right mastoids, one on each side. The treatment parameters were set as follows: 77.5 Hz frequency, 15 mA current intensity, administered twice daily for 40 minutes per session with an interval of at least 2 hours between the two sessions. The total treatment duration was 21 days, with a total of 42 sessions.
