研究目的：

本研究拟在真实世界人群中比较不同运动水平人群的皮肤胶原纤维与弹性纤维相关结构差异，采用双光子显微成像获取胶原/弹性纤维相关定量指标，并结合组织学结果进行验证，评估运动水平与皮肤微结构“年轻化”相关特征之间的关联，为生活方式干预在皮肤年轻化与美容医学中的潜在应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the structural differences of skin collagen and elastic fibers among people with different levels of physical activity in a real-world population. Two-photon microscopy will be used to obtain quantitative indicators related to collagen/elastic fibers, and histological results will be combined for verification. The association between physical activity levels and the "youthful" characteristics of skin microstructure will be evaluated to provide a basis for the potential application of lifestyle intervention in skin rejuvenation and aesthetic medicine.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在18-60岁之间的健康志愿者； 2. 能够配合完成生活习惯（运动习惯）问卷调查； 3. 自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy volunteers aged between 18 and 60; 2. Able to cooperate in completing lifestyle (exercise habits) questionnaires; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 测量部位（颧部）患有活动期皮肤病（如严重痤疮、湿疹、红斑狼疮等）或有大面积瘢痕、色素痣影响光学成像者； 2. 近3个月内在该部位接受过光电医美治疗（如光子嫩肤、点阵激光等）或化学剥脱者； 3. 正在使用可能影响皮肤结构的全身性激素类或免疫抑制类药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Measurement areas (cheek) with active skin conditions (such as severe acne, eczema, lupus erythematosus, etc.) or extensive scars or pigmented nevi that affect optical imaging; 2. Those who have received photoelectric medical cosmetic treatments (such as photorejuvenation, fractional laser, etc.) or chemical peels in that area within the past 3 months; 3. Those currently using systemic hormonal or immunosuppressive medications that may affect skin structure.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Record Form. Basic information was collected using questionnaires, and physical activity/lifestyle questionnaires and two-photon imaging indicators were also used. All data were double-checked by two researchers and entered into an electronic spreadsheet, with de-identification management using subject numbers; identity information was stored separately from research data. Data were stored on encrypted research computers or hospital servers, with access restricted to authorized personnel only; regular logical checks and missing value verifications were conducted to ensure data quality.
