研究目的：

建立一个具有代表性的肠息肉患者队列，长期随访观察疾病的发生、发展及转归，探究其背后的发生发展机制；收集患者的血液、组织等生物样本，建立样本数据库，用于开展相关的基础与转化研究。 探索肠息肉的潜在机制，为早期诊断和精准治疗提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a representative cohort of patients with intestinal polyps, conduct long-term follow-up observations on the occurrence, development and prognosis of the disease, and explore the underlying mechanisms of its occurrence and development; collect blood, tissue and other biological samples from patients, establish a sample database, and use it to carry out related basic and translational research. Explore the potential mechanisms of intestinal polyps to provide scientific basis for early diagnosis and precise treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 18 -80岁之间； 2.经肠镜检查发现肠息肉的患者； 3.无其他严重的全身性疾病（如恶性肿瘤、严重的心、肝、肾功能衰竭等），且病情稳定至少 3 个月； 4.能够理解并签署知情同意书，愿意配合完成整个研究过程。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 80 years old; 2. Patients who have been diagnosed with intestinal polyps through colonoscopy; 3. Without any other serious systemic diseases (such as malignant tumors, severe heart, liver, or kidney failure, etc.), and with stable condition for at least 3 months; 4. Able to understand and sign the informed consent form, and willing to cooperate throughout the entire research process.

排除标准：

1.有恶性肿瘤病史。 2.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 3.存在严重认知或精神障碍，无法提供知情同意或配合随访。 4.研究者认为受试者不适合接受肠镜检查； 5.研究者认为受试者不适宜参加临床试验的高危疾病或其它特殊情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has a history of malignant tumors. 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Has severe cognitive or mental disorders and is unable to provide informed consent or cooperate with follow-up. 4. The researchers consider the subjects unsuitable for colonoscopy examination. 5. The researchers consider the subjects inappropriate to participate in clinical trials due to high-risk diseases or other special circumstances.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用病例记录表采集患者基线等数据，将收集到的各种数据进行整理和录入，建立电子数据库。本研究试验数据的收集由医学监察员审查，临床试验中所有观察结果和发现都应加以核实，以保证数据的可靠性，确保临床试验中各项结论来源于原始数据。在临床试验和数据处理阶段均有相应的数据管理措施。数据分析将由科室指定的非研究团队的医疗及统计专家协助审议，以提高试验结果分析的客观性。

The baseline data of patients and other relevant information are collected using case record forms. The collected data are sorted and entered into an electronic database. The trial data of this study are reviewed by medical monitors. All observations and findings in the clinical trial should be verified to ensure the reliability of the data and to ensure that all conclusions in the clinical trial are derived from the original data. There are corresponding data management measures in both the clinical trial and data processing stages. The data analysis will be reviewed by medical and statistical experts from the non-research team designated by the department to enhance the objectivity of the trial result analysis.
