研究目的：

本研究旨在基于患者旅程地图构建中青年冠状动脉旁路移植术患者心脏康复干预方案并验证干预效果，为实现中青年OPCABG患者个性化、全周期管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct a cardiac rehabilitation intervention program for young and middle-aged patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG) based on the Patient Journey Map, and to verify its intervention effects, thereby providing a basis for the personalized, full-cycle management of this patient population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经临床表现及冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病，且首次、择期行OPCABG的患者； 2. 非体外循环手术； 3. 年龄18～60岁； 4. 认知功能正常，具有读写和表达能力，沟通交流正常； 5. 患者知情同意，自愿参与本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD) confirmed by clinical manifestations and coronary angiography, and undergoing first-time, elective off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG); 2. Undergoing off-pump surgery (i.e., without cardiopulmonary bypass); 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. Normal cognitive function with adequate reading, writing, and expression abilities, and capable of normal communication; 5. Provision of written informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1. 心功能分级为IV级； 2. 同期进行其他心脏手术，如主动脉手术、瓣膜置换术等； 3. 根据《中西医结合I期心脏康复共识》具有心脏康复运动康复相对禁忌证； 4. 围术期合并严重肺、肝、肾等重要脏器严重功能障碍； 5. 术后出现心包填塞、恶性心律失常、脑梗塞等严重并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiac function classified as Grade IV (New York Heart Association classification); 2. Concurrent performance of other cardiac procedures, such as aortic surgery or valve replacement; 3. Presence of relative contraindications to cardiac rehabilitation exercise training according to the Consensus on Phase I Cardiac Rehabilitation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine; 4. Perioperative complicated with severe dysfunction of vital organs, such as the lungs, liver, or kidneys; 5. Development of severe postoperative complications, such as cardiac tamponade, malignant arrhythmia, or cerebral infarction.
