研究目的：

（1）以研究对象结局为核心，明确Gen-AI虚拟聊天数字人对缓解轻度焦虑、抑郁人群心理症状（主要包括焦虑、抑郁、睡眠、社会支持和健康综合状况）的有效性及远期效应。 （2）收集研究对象对Gen-AI虚拟聊天数字人的接受度和满意度指标，分析其影响因素，为Gen-AI数字心理咨询师在我国的本土化应用提供优化建议。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Focusing on the outcomes of the study subjects, this study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and long-term effects of Gen-AI virtual chatbot digital humans in alleviating psychological symptoms (mainly including anxiety, depression, sleep, social support, and comprehensive health status) among individuals with mild anxiety and depression. (2) Collecting indicators of acceptance and satisfaction among study subjects regarding the Gen-AI virtual chatbot digital humans, this study analyzes the influencing factors, aiming to provide optimization recommendations for the localized application of Gen-AI digital psychological counselors in China.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18~60岁； 2.PHQ-9 ≤9分 或 GAD-7 ≤9分，且未达到严重精神障碍标准； 3.自愿参与调查者； 4.有良好的认知和沟通能力； 5.能够完整参与咨询及配合后续随访者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18–60 years; 2. PHQ-9 ≤ 9 or GAD-7 ≤ 9, and does not meet the diagnostic criteria for severe mental disorders; 3. Voluntarily participates in the study; 4. Has good cognitive and communication abilities; 5. Able to fully participate in the counseling sessions and cooperate with subsequent follow-up assessments.

排除标准：

1.过去接受过系统性心理治疗者； 2.临床诊断为严重精神障碍或严重心理疾病者； 3.具有自伤/自杀、躯体化、敌对倾向者； 4.不愿意参与本次调查； 5.有严重躯体疾病不适合参与本次研究； 6.其他研究者判断不适宜者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have previously received systematic psychotherapy; 2. Those clinically diagnosed with severe mental disorders or severe psychological illnesses; 3. Those with tendencies toward self-harm/suicide, somatization, or hostility; 4. Those unwilling to participate in this study; 5. Those with severe physical illnesses that make them unsuitable for participation in this study; 6. Those deemed unsuitable by researchers for other reasons.
