研究目的：

本研究旨在调查慢性肾脏病患者口腔衰弱现状、分析其相关因素，为该群体口腔衰弱干预措施的制定提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the current status of oral frailty in patients with chronic kidney disease, analyze its related factors, and provide a scientific basis for the development of oral frailty intervention measures for this population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合美国肾脏病预后质量倡议(K/DOQI)临床指南对慢性肾病1～5期的诊断标准； ②年龄18～85岁； ③具有良好的听读写及阅读理解能力； ④知情同意，愿意配合本次调查。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease stages 1–5 according to the K/DOQI clinical guidelines of the United States Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative; 2. Aged 18–85 years; 3. Have good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and reading comprehension ability; 4. Provide informed consent and are willing to cooperate with this survey.

排除标准：

①合并严重心、肝、脑、肺等脏器功能异常的患者； ②意识不清、有精神障碍或认知障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, liver, brain, and lungs; 2. Patients who are unconscious, have mental disorders, or cognitive impairment.
