本项目旨在通过一项随访性队列研究,探讨中国肥胖症儿童(6-15岁)血清微小RNA-21(miR-21)和微小RNA-375(miR-375)的表达水平及其与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相关性。研究将在儿童MDT减重门诊规范化诊疗的背景下,基线时检测两种miRNA的表达水平,并分为减重前、减重后<3月、减重后3-6月及减重后>6月四个病程,同步收集人体测量学指标及HOMA-IR、HOMA-β等代谢参数。目标是明确这两种miRNA在肥胖症儿童中的表达特征、与IR发生发展的关联性,评估其作为IR早期生物标志物和预后预测指标的可能性。研究成果将为儿童肥胖症的早期预警提供思路。  

Objectives of Study:

This project aims to investigate the expression levels of serum microRNA-21 (miR-21) and microRNA-375 (miR-375) and their correlation with insulin resistance (IR) in Chinese children with obesity (aged 6–15 years) through a follow-up cohort study. Within the context of standardized multidisciplinary team (MDT)-led weight management clinics for children, the expression levels of the two miRNAs will be measured at baseline, and the disease course will be divided into four phases: pre-weight loss, <3 months post-weight loss, 3–6 months post-weight loss, and >6 months post-weight loss. Anthropometric measurements and metabolic parameters such as HOMA-IR and HOMA-β will be collected synchronously. The study seeks to clarify the expression characteristics of these two miRNAs in obese children, explore their association with the development of IR, and evaluate their potential as early biomarkers and prognostic indicators for IR. The findings may provide insights for early warning strategies in childhood obesity.

纳入标准:

2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日在我院儿科门诊就诊,经家长知情同意参与,符合肥胖症诊断标准的6-15岁儿童。

Inclusion criteria

Children aged 6-15 who seek medical treatment at our pediatric outpatient clinic from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and meet the diagnostic criteria for obesity, with informed consent from their parents.

排除标准:

1.心脏功能不全; 2.伴有遗传代谢性疾病; 3.肝肾功能障碍者; 4.合并甲状腺疾病者; 5.药物、激素等其他原因所致继发性肥胖; 6.存在急慢性并发症; 7.2型糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Heart failure; 2. Children with inherited metabolic disorders. 3. Individuals with hepatic or renal dysfunction; 4. Individuals with thyroid diseases; 5. Secondary obesity caused by medications, hormones, or other factors; 6. Individuals with acute or chronic complications; 7. Type 2 diabetes;
