研究目的：

阐明女性 MDD 患者工作记忆损害的多层级病理生理级联机制。验证外周催产素受体基因 OXTR mRNA 代偿性高表达与脑源性神经营养因子 BDNF 蛋白水平降低所构成的分子失稳态特征，通过削弱前额叶神经募集效能（以 N-back 任务 P300 波幅降低为指标），最终导致工作记忆行为功能障碍的核心假设。  

Objectives of Study：

To elucidate the multilevel pathophysiological cascade mechanism of working memory impairment in female patients with major depressive disorder (MDD).To test the core hypothesis that the molecular dyshomeostasis characterized by compensatory high expression of peripheral oxytocin receptor gene OXTR mRNA and reduced brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) protein levels leads to behavioral dysfunction of working memory by weakening prefrontal neural recruitment efficiency (indexed by decreased P300 amplitude in the N-back task).

纳入标准：

抑郁症组： 1.符合DSM-V抑郁症的诊断标准； 2.年龄在18～65岁之间的汉族中国育龄期女性； 3.无神经系统疾病史或可能影响认知功能的其他躯体疾病史； 4.近6个月内无电休克治疗（ECT）史； 5.自愿参与本研究 。 健康对照组： 1.不符合任何精神障碍的诊断标准； 2.年龄在18～65岁之间的汉族中国育龄期女性； 3.无抑郁症家族史； 4.自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

MDD Group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the DSM-V. 2. Han Chinese women of childbearing age between 18 and 65 years old; 3. No history of neurological diseases or other somatic diseases that may affect cognitive function; 4. No history of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) in the past 6 months; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study. HC Group: 1. Did not meet the diagnostic criteria for any mental disorder; 2. Han Chinese women of childbearing age aged between 18 and 65 years; 3. No family history of depression; 4. Voluntarily participated in the present study.

排除标准：

1.物质滥用史。 2.严重视觉或听觉障碍可能影响任务执行。 3.存在明显的手指运动功能障碍（无法点击鼠标、敲击键盘）。 4.严重内科疾病（凝血功能异常等）。 5.处于妊娠或哺乳期。 6.不同意签署知情同意书 。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of substance abuse; 2. Severe visual or auditory impairment that may interfere with task performance; 3. Significant finger motor dysfunction (inability to click a mouse or type on a keyboard); 4. Severe medical illness (e.g., abnormal coagulation function); 5. Pregnancy or lactation; 6. Failure to provide written informed consent.
