研究目的：

本研究旨在通过健康宣教组、姿势矫正训练组和姿势矫正联合感觉运动控制训练组的干预方案，分别进行为期8周的健康宣教、姿势矫正训练和感觉运动训练。在干预前、干预后通过观察三组不同测试指标结果的差异，探讨三种干预方式对UCS患者疼痛、头前倾角、圆肩角、胸椎后凸角、颈椎关节位置觉以及肌肉激活水平等方面的疗效；进一步探讨感觉运动训练对UCS患者的康复效果及潜在机制，为丰富UCS的运动疗法手段，推广感觉运动训练在UCS中的应用提供理论证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to implement three 8-week programs—health education alone, postural-correction training alone, and postural correction combined with sensorimotor-control training—in patients with upper-crossed syndrome (UCS). By comparing baseline and post-intervention outcomes among the three groups, we will evaluate the effects of each intervention on pain, forward-head angle, rounded-shoulder angle, thoracic kyphotic angle, cervical joint-position sense, and muscle-activation levels. Furthermore, we will explore the therapeutic benefits and underlying mechanisms of sensorimotor training for UCS, thereby expanding the evidence base for exercise therapy and promoting the clinical application of sensorimotor training in this population.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄10-13岁； 2. 存在头前倾姿势，头前倾角大于50°； 3. 伴随圆肩（圆肩角大于52°）或驼背（胸椎后凸角＞42°）； 4. 能坚持完成干预并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 10–13 years; 2. Forward head posture with a forward head angle > 50°; 3. Accompanied by rounded shoulders (rounded-shoulder angle > 52°) or thoracic kyphosis (thoracic kyphotic angle > 42°); 4. Able to complete the intervention and provide signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 颈椎骨折、脊柱侧弯（Cobb角>10°）或先天性畸形； 2. 肩/颈关节手术史或急性损伤（如肌肉拉伤、韧带撕裂）； 3. 严重认知障碍或无法理解指令。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cervical-spine fracture, scoliosis (Cobb angle > 10°), or congenital spinal deformity; 2. History of shoulder/cervical surgery or acute injury (e.g., muscle strain, ligament tear); 3. Severe cognitive impairment or inability to understand instructions.
