研究目的：

探讨基于加速康复外科（ERAS）理念的多模式康复治疗对比常规护理，在优化肾移植受者围术期康复进程、医疗效率及安全性方面的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the role of multimodal rehabilitation therapy based on the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) concept versus conventional care in optimizing the perioperative rehabilitation process, healthcare efficiency, and safety for kidney transplant recipients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.首次肾脏移植者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Patients undergoing first-time kidney transplantation;

排除标准：

1.双肾移植、多器官联合移植；
2.术后发生心、肺、肝或者其他重要脏器严重疾病；
3.术后发生复杂性感染、合并胰腺炎及其他疾病导致住院时间延长；
4.先天性血管畸形或其他因素导致特殊血管吻合方式、手术方式等术后早期不适合进行活动者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Dual kidney transplantation or multi-organ combined transplantation;
2.Patients who developed severe postoperative cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or other vital organ diseases;
3.Patients with postoperative complicated infections, concurrent pancreatitis, or other conditions leading to prolonged hospitalization;
4.Patients with congenital vascular malformations or other factors necessitating special vascular anastomosis techniques or surgical approaches, making them unsuitable for early postoperative mobilization;
