研究目的：

本课题将建立2800例亚热带沿海地区涵盖老年血管疾病发生发展不同阶段的高质量老年血管疾病专病研究队列、数据平台、生物样本库和影像数据库。探索对各种老年血管疾病发生及不同预后的相关风险具有预测价值的蛋白、代谢分子标志物或影像学指标。通过临床信息、多组学标志物及影像学指标分析，构建亚热带沿海地区老年血管疾病高危筛查方案及临床风险评估体系，制定亚热带沿海地区老年血管疾病防控指南、干预方案和专家共识。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will establish a high-quality specialized study cohort of 2800 elderly patients with vascular diseases in subtropical coastal areas, covering different stages of the development and progression of these diseases. This will include a data platform, a biobank, and an imaging database. The project will explore protein, metabolic molecular markers, or imaging indicators that have predictive value for the occurrence and different prognoses of various elderly vascular diseases. Through the analysis of clinical information, multi-omics markers, and imaging indicators, a high-risk screening program and clinical risk assessment system for elderly vascular diseases in subtropical coastal areas will be constructed. Finally, the project will develop guidelines, intervention programs, and expert consensus for the prevention and control of elderly vascular diseases in subtropical coastal areas.

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于或等于60岁；
2.确诊为至少一种目标疾病：高血压/冠心病/脑血管病/外周动脉病。
3.意识清晰，能够配合完成问卷调查、体格检查及样本采集；
4.当地常住居民；
5.签署书面知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=60 years old; 2.Diagnosed with at least one target disease: hypertension/coronary heart disease/cerebrovascular disease/peripheral artery disease. 3.Alert and oriented, able to cooperate with completing questionnaires, physical examinations, and sample collection. 4.Local residents; 5.Sign a written informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.有影响其生存的严重疾病，如恶性肿瘤、严重传染性疾病等。
2.妊娠、哺乳期妇女或半年内可能妊娠的妇女。
3.有严重精神病史或其他疾病不能配合完成整个调查者。
4.正在参加临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Serious illnesses that affect their survival, such as malignant tumors and severe infectious diseases.
2.Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or women who may become pregnant within six months.
3.Individuals with a serious history of mental illness or other conditions that prevent them from fully cooperating with the investigation.
4.People participating in a clinical trial.
