研究目的：

1.探索基于循证证据的新生儿尿布性皮炎护理实践的应用效果，减少新生儿尿布性皮炎的发生，缩短中重度尿布性皮炎的愈合时间，减少患儿疼痛，提升家属满意度。 2.建立新生儿尿布皮炎预防与管理标准化流程，完善护臀产品使用规范及不良反应上报机制 3.减少继发感染治疗费用，缩短平均住院日。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Exploring the application effect of evidence-based nursing practice for neonatal diaper dermatitis, reducing the occurrence of neonatal diaper dermatitis, shortening the healing time of moderate to severe diaper dermatitis, reducing pain in children, and improving family satisfaction. 2.Establish a standardized process for the prevention and management of neonatal diaper dermatitis, improve the usage standards of hip care products, and establish a mechanism for reporting adverse reactions 3.Reduce the cost of secondary infection treatment and shorten the average length of hospital stay.

纳入标准：

1.年龄＜=28天的新生儿； 2.研究对象的法定监护人能充分理解研究目的，自愿参加并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Newborns aged <= 28 days; 2.The legal guardian of the research subject can fully understand the research purpose, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1.在研究前1周内皮损使用过糖皮质激素等外用药物，口服过抗组胺药、抗生素或其他抗炎药物； 2.除尿布区外合并有其他（特异性皮炎、肠病性肢端皮炎等）明显影响干预效果评价的皮肤病患儿; 3.合并有严重心脑血管、肾和内分泌、免疫、造血系统等严重原发性疾病; 4.对使用的涂剂（氧化锌等）过敏的患儿;

Exclusion criteria：

1.Within one week prior to the study, topical medications such as glucocorticoids, oral antihistamines, antibiotics, or other anti-inflammatory drugs were used for the skin lesions; 2. Children with skin diseases other than the diaper area that significantly affect the evaluation of intervention effectiveness, such as specific dermatitis and intestinal acrodermatitis; 3. Merge with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, renal, endocrine, immune, hematopoietic systems, etc; 4.Children who are allergic to the coatings used (such as zinc oxide);

给予常规护理，即每天至少沐浴或应用温和皮肤清洁剂全身清洁一次，每2-3小时更换一次尿布，应用温和一次性湿巾，发生尿布性皮炎及时上报，在医师指导下给予相应治疗。
