本研究聚焦近视防控重大公共卫生需求,探究光学离焦剂量与脉络膜生物反应的量效关系,构建屈光参数与离焦剂量筛选模型,揭示视觉信号时间整合对眼球生长的影响,旨在为近视干预剂量标准提供理论支撑,助力我国儿童青少年近视精准防控。  

Objectives of Study:

Focusing on the major public health demand of myopia control, this study explores the dose-response relationship between optical defocus dosage and choroidal biological responses, constructs a screening model for refractive parameters and defocus dosage, and clarifies the impact of temporal integration of visual signals on ocular growth. It is designed to provide theoretical support for evidence-based myopia intervention dosage standards, facilitating the precise prevention and control of myopia in Chinese children and adolescents.

纳入标准:

1.年龄在 10-15岁之间的健康志愿者,确保无眼部疾病史,双眼视功能正常。

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy volunteers aged 10–15 years, with no history of ocular diseases and normal binocular visual function.

排除标准:

1.不能按时随访参与实验,正在使用近视控制产品。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Failure to attend follow-up visits as scheduled, or current use of myopia control products.
