研究目的：

主要目的：定量评估 HFA 患者接受首次软组织增量手术后（自体脂肪移植或 ALT 游离皮瓣）在术后 ≥6 个月的面部对称性改善幅度。 次要目的：1) 在具备 3D 扫描数据的亚组中，评估体积缺损、对称性指标（AI、AR）及三轴改善（Cx/Cy/Cz），并描述纠正效应的空间异质性。2) 探索影响对称性改善幅度的独立预测因子（重点：手术方式；并纳入 BMI、严重程度、术时疾病进展状态等）。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To quantitatively assess the magnitude of facial symmetry improvement in patients with HFA at ≥6 months after their first soft-tissue augmentation surgery (autologous fat grafting or an anterolateral thigh [ALT] free flap). Secondary objectives: (1) In the subgroup with available 3D scan data, to evaluate volume deficiency, symmetry indices (AI and AR), and three-axis improvements (Cx/Cy/Cz), and to characterize the spatial heterogeneity of the corrective effect. (2) To identify independent predictors of the magnitude of symmetry improvement, with a primary focus on surgical modality, while adjusting for BMI, disease severity, and disease progression status at the time of surgery.

纳入标准：

1.临床诊断为 HFA； 2.2020–2023 年接受首次软组织增量手术（脂肪移植或 ALT 游离皮瓣）； 3.术前及术后首次随访（≥6 个月）均具有标准化 2D 照片； 4.部分患者具备术前和/或术后 3D 扫描数据。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with a clinical diagnosis of HFA; 2. Underwent their first soft-tissue augmentation surgery (fat grafting or an anterolateral thigh [ALT] free flap) between 2020 and 2023; 3. Standardized 2D photographs available at baseline (preoperatively) and at the first postoperative follow-up (>6 months); 4. A subset of patients had pre- and/or postoperative 3D scan data.

排除标准：

1.既往接受过面部软组织增量手术； 2.首次手术同期实施除脂肪移植或游离皮瓣重建以外的其他面部手术； 3.病历资料不完整或随访不足（<6个月）； 4.在用于结局评估的随访时间点之前接受额外增量或修复手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Prior facial soft-tissue augmentation surgery; 2. Concomitant facial procedures at the index operation other than fat grafting or free-flapreconstruction; 3. Incomplete medical records or insufficient follow-up (<6 months); 4. Receipt of additional augmentation or revision surgery before the follow-up time point used for outcome assessment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

CRF：研究团队制定标准化病例记录表（CRF）与数据字典，涵盖人口学信息、疾病特征、手术方式、随访时间点及结局指标；采用“双人独立提取+交叉核对”，保留疑问表（query）与修改审计记录。 EDC：采用 ResMan 互联网电子数据采集与管理系统进行数据录入、逻辑校验、疑问管理与版本控制；数据以研究编号去标识化存储，分级授权访问并定期备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

CRF: A standardized CRF and data dictionary will be developed, covering demographics, disease characteristics, surgical modality, follow-up time points, and outcomes. Data will be extracted independently by two investigators with cross-checking; queries and an audit trail will be maintained. EDC: ResMan will be used as the web-based EDC for data entry, logic checks, query management, version control, role-based access, and regular backups, with de-identified study IDs.
