研究目的：

本研究目的是探讨使用圈套器尖端的混合ESD比较常规ESD治疗无蒂结直肠病变临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of hybrid ESD using the snare tip compared with conventional ESD for the treatment of non-pedunculated colorectal lesions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

经结肠镜检查发现20-40mm无蒂结直肠病变，年龄≥18岁的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged >=18 years with non-pedunculated colorectal lesions of 20–40 mm detected by colonoscopy.

排除标准：

(1)疑似深层黏膜下浸润病变， (2)病变黏膜下注射抬举征阴性， (3)凝血功能障碍， (4)近1周曾服用抗血栓药物的患者， (5)炎症性肠病或肠结核, (6)家族性息肉综合征， (7)拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suspected deep submucosal invasive lesions; (2) Lesions with a negative lifting sign after submucosal injection; (3) Coagulation disorders; (4) Patients who have taken antithrombotic drugs within the past week; (5) Inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis; (6) Familial polyposis syndrome; (7) Refusal to sign informed consent.
