研究目的：

本研究拟探讨对行有创机械通气支持的中重度ARDS患者实施长程PPV策略的临床价值及可行性、效果评价，为该策略在ICU临床应用提供科学依据，促进PPV在临床中的实施。  

Objectives of Study：

This study compared the feasibility and safety of prolonged- versus standard-duration prone positioning ventilation for moderate-to-severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) during the post-pandemic period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

符合2011年ARDS定义工作组提出的柏林诊断标准，且P/F≤150mmHg、呼吸末正压（PEEP）≥5cmH2O（1cmH2O=0.098kPa）；通过气管切开或气管插管建立人工气道，接受持续性有创机械通气支持。

Inclusion criteria

In accordance with the Berlin diagnostic criteria proposed by the 2011 ARDS Definition Task Force, with P/F ≤ 150 mmHg and positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) ≥ 5 cmH2O (1 cmH2O = 0.098 kPa); an artificial airway is established through tracheostomy or endotracheal intubation, and the patient receives continuous invasive mechanical ventilation support.

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁； 2.未缓解的颅内高压； 3.未稳定的脊髓损伤或骨折，需限制性体位； 4.重度烧伤及头面部损伤； 5.胸腹部的手术切口或创伤仍未治愈者； 6.严重血流动力学不稳定； 7.急性出血性疾病； 8.妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age <18 years; 2. Unresolved intracranial hypertension; 3. Unstable spinal cord injury or fracture requiring restricted positioning; 4. Severe burns and head/face injuries; 5. Chest or abdominal surgical incisions or trauma that have not healed; 6. Severe hemodynamic instability; 7. Acute hemorrhagic diseases; 8. Pregnancy.
