研究目的：

1.通过问卷调查，探讨影响颈椎病术后患者运动的影响因素，了解患者对运动的需求； 2.构建颈椎病患者术后运动方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Through questionnaire surveys, the influencing factors of exercise for patients after cervical spondylosis surgery were explored to understand the patients' demands for exercise; 2.Establish a postoperative exercise program for patients with cervical spondylosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床确诊为颈椎病； 2.首次行颈椎病手术患者，年龄≥18岁； 3.对病情知情者； 4.自愿参与本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinically diagnosed with cervical spondylosis; 2. patients who have undergone their first cervical spondylosis surgery, with an age of 18 years or older; 3.Those who are aware of the condition; 4.Voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.合并其他脊柱疾病，如严重颈椎管狭窄症、脊柱感染、脊柱结核、强直性脊柱炎、脊柱骨折等疾患； 2.既往颈部和颈椎有手术史； 3.合并其他严重躯体疾病者； 4.其他各种原因导致不能运动者； 5.意识不清、无法进行正常语言交流或伴有精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Including other spinal disorders, such as severe cervical spinal stenosis, spinal infections, spinal tuberculosis, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal fractures, etc; 2.There is a history of surgery on the neck and cervical vertebrae in the past; 3.Those with other serious physical diseases combined; 4.Those who are unable to exercise due to various other reasons 5.Those who are unconscious, unable to communicate normally in language or have mental disorders.
