通过随机对照研究，探索方案的可行性、有效性，为乳腺癌患者运动康复提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme through randomized controlled study, and to provide reference for exercise rehabilitation of breast cancer patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理诊断为乳腺癌，疾病分期 0-III 期； 2.18 周岁≤年龄≤65周岁； 3.完成手术及放、化疗1个月以上； 4.超重或肥胖（BMI≥24kg/m2）； 5.手机支持线上平台的运行和运动手环的蓝牙连接； 6.知情同意、自愿参与本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Breast cancer was diagnosed by pathology; 2.18 years old <= age <=65 years old; 3.Completion of surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy for more than 3 months; 4.Low level of physical activity; 5.The mobile phone supports the operation of the online platform and the Bluetooth connection of the sports bracelet; 6.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.乳腺癌已复发或转移； 2.合并有其它癌症； 3.既往患有精神病史及意识障碍； 4.合并其他严重疾病（如严重高血压、心脏病等）不能配合本研究； 5.6 个月内参加过其他运动干预项目； 6.正在使用其他健康管理相关 app 或平台。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Recurrence or metastasis; 2.Complicated with other cancers; 3.History of mental illness and disturbance of consciousness; 4.Patients with other serious diseases (such as severe hypertension, heart disease, etc.) could not cooperate with this study; 5.Participated in other exercise intervention programs within 6 months; 6.Using other health management related apps or platforms.
