研究目的：

观察经括约肌间切开瘘管结扎术治疗经括约肌型肛瘘的临床效果，以便更好的临床推广。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of fistula ligation and intersphincter incision in the treatment of transsphincteric anal fistula, so as to better clinical promotion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 未接受过手术治疗的患者，或初始在肛周脓肿时期，仅行切开引流术者。 2. 年龄18至60岁。 3. 经肛门内镜超声和/或盆腔MRI诊断为经括约肌型肛瘘。 4. 经Wexner肛门失禁量表评分、肛管直肠压力测定，主观、客观评估肛门的括约功能正常。 5. 有阅读和理解汉语能力，同意参加本研究。 6. 试验期间同意不使用其它针对肛瘘的治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who have not undergone previous surgical treatment, or those who initially only received incision and drainage during the perianal abscess stage. 2. Aged 18 to 60 years. 3. Diagnosed with transsphincteric anal fistula by endoanal ultrasound and/or pelvic MRI. 4. Normal anal sphincter function assessed both subjectively and objectively using the Wexner incontinence score and anorectal manometry. 5. Able to read and understand Chinese, and willing to provide consent to participate in this study. 6. Agree not to use any other treatments for anal fistula during the trial period.

排除标准：

1.克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎等炎症性肠病，放射性肠炎，结核性肛瘘等患者。 2. 妊娠、哺乳期妇女，心、肺、肝、肾功能不全不能耐受手术者。 3. 智力、精神障碍者。 4. 正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (e.g., Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), radiation enteritis, tuberculous anal fistula, etc. 2. Pregnant or lactating women, and patients with cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency who cannot tolerate surgery. 3. Patients with intellectual or mental disorders. 4. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
