研究目的：

基于文献查阅和德尔菲专家函询制定老年MHD口腔衰弱患者口腔运动联合穴位按摩的干预方案。评价口腔运动联合穴位按摩干预对 MHD 患者口腔衰弱的改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

An intervention program of oral exercise combined with acupoint massage for elderly MHD patients with oral frailty was developed based on literature review and Delphi expert consultation. The improvement effect of oral exercise combined with acupoint massage intervention on oral frailty in MHD patients was evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合口腔衰弱人群筛查标准 （2）年龄≥60周岁 （3）血液透析治疗时间＞3个月且每周至少透析2次 （4）自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the screening criteria for oral frailty populations; (2) Aged 60 years or older; (3) Undergoing hemodialysis for more than 3 months with at least 2 dialysis sessions per week; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）言语交流困难者 （2）患有严重躯体疾病或身体极度虚弱而无法配合调查者 （3）神志不清，智力障碍，无法配合调查者 （4）近期或同时参与相关研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with difficulty in verbal communication (2) Those suffering from severe physical illnesses or being extremely physically weak and unable to cooperate with the investigation (3) Those who are confused, have intellectual disabilities and are unable to cooperate with the investigation (4) Those who have participated in relevant research recently or simultaneously.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用前瞻性非随机对照设计。在干预前、干预后及随访期，由经过统一培训的研究者使用标准化量表对老年维持性血液透析患者的口腔衰弱状况、口腔功能及生活质量等指标进行数据采集。所有数据采用双人双录入方式录入电子数据库，并进行逻辑核查与一致性校对，确保数据准确完整。研究过程中严格保护受试者隐私，所有个人身份信息均进行匿名化和去标识化处理。数据由专人负责管理与备份，保存于加密计算机及云端存储设备，仅项目组成员可访问。研究数据将按照伦理要求及临床试验相关规范保存至研究结束后至少 5 年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This is a prospective non-randomized controlled study. Before intervention, after intervention and during follow-up, investigators who received unified training will collect data on oral frailty, oral function and quality of life of elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients using standardized scales. All data are entered into an electronic database by two researchers independently and cross-checked to ensure accuracy and integrity. Subject privacy is strictly protected; all personal identifiers are anonymized and de-identified. Data are managed and backed up by dedicated personnel on encrypted computers and cloud storage, accessible only to the research team. Research data will be stored for at least 5 years after study completion in accordance with ethical and clinical trial requirements.
