研究目的：

主要目的：评估移空技术在缓解心理咨询师共情疲劳方面的有效性。 次要目的: 比较移空技术与常规心理支持（冥想）对心理咨询师职业倦怠、心理咨询师工作自我效能感的促进作用；探索移空技术的干预效果维持程度；通过部分访谈探查心理咨询师对移空技术体验、可接受性及疗效因子。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of Moving to Emptiness Technology (MET) in alleviating compassion fatigue among psychological counselors. Secondary objective: To compare the effects of MET and conventional psychological support meditation on occupational burnout among psychological counselors; Evaluate the promoting effect of MET on the self-efficacy of psychological counselors' work; Exploring the degree to which the intervention effect of air transfer technology is maintained; Exploring psychological counselors' experience, acceptability, and efficacy factors of MET through partial interviews.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 18–60 周岁； 2. 从事心理咨询工作满 1 年及以上（包括个人执业心理咨询师、学校、机构或医院心理咨询师、实习心理咨询师等）； 3. 自述存在一定程度的共情疲劳、情绪耗竭，或有预防共情疲劳的需求； 4. 中文理解能力良好，能够完成测评与干预； 5. 自愿参与研究并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18-60 years old; 2. Engaged in psychological counseling work for at least 1 year (including personal practicing psychological counselors, school, institution or hospital psychological counselors, intern psychological counselors, etc.); 3. Self reporting a certain degree of empathy fatigue, emotional exhaustion, or a need to prevent empathy fatigue; 4. Good Chinese comprehension ability, able to complete assessments and interventions; 5. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 正在接受其他心理治疗或精神科干预（如抗抑郁药、抗焦虑药等）； 2. 存在严重情绪障碍或精神疾病诊断（科研者评估或自述符合）； 3. 近期经历重大突发事件（如丧亲、离婚、严重创伤），可能影响实验结果； 4. 无法保证按时参加每次干预（4周）或测评（T0, T1, T2）； 5. 参与者为研究者的学生、被督导者等可能影响研究公平性的关系人（避免伦理冲突）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Currently undergoing other psychological treatments or psychiatric interventions (such as antidepressants, anti anxiety drugs, etc.); 2. Diagnosed with severe emotional disorders or mental illnesses (as assessed or self-reported by researchers); 3. Recently experienced major emergencies (such as bereavement, divorce, severe trauma) that may affect the experimental results; 4. Unable to guarantee timely participation in each intervention (4 weeks) or assessment (T0, T1, T2); 5. Participants include students of the researcher, supervisors, and other related parties who may affect the fairness of the research (to avoid ethical conflicts).

接受规范化移空技术干预，由经过培训的研究人员按照统一操作流程实施。干预周期为4周，每周1次，每次约50分钟。移空技术的干预流程分为十个步骤：（1）三调放松（2）确定靶症状（3）存想象征物（4）存想承载物（5）填写记录纸A（6）三调放松（7）清洁与置放（8）移动于空境（9）移回与评估（10）填写记录纸B。

Received standardized air transfer technology intervention, implemented by trained researchers according to a unified operating procedure. The intervention period is 4 weeks, once a week for about 50 minutes each time. The intervention process of air transfer technology is divided into ten steps: (1) Three tone relaxation, (2) Determine target symptoms, (3) Store imaginary signs, (4) Store imaginary carriers, (5) Fill in record paper A, (6) Three tone relaxation, (7) Cleaning and placement, (8) Move in the air, (9) Move back and evaluate, (10) Fill in record paper B.

Adopt the method of block random grouping for grouping. Twenty people are divided into two groups, and the research subjects are randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio within each group, with 10 people in each group. The random allocation process is completed using the random number table method or computer random allocation method. The grouping process is independently implemented by researchers who do not participate in intervention and evaluation to reduce selection bias and ensure comparability between the two baseline groups.

Blinding：

Due to the fact that both the intervener and the respondent are psychological professionals, a double-blind design cannot be used. However, data analysis researchers will not have access to grouping information during data processing and statistical analysis, and will only analyze encoded data to ensure objectivity and avoid human bias in the analysis process.
