研究目的：

探讨筋膜加压带联合常规康复训练对冻结肩患者疼痛、肩关节活动度、肩关节周围肌力及肩关节功能的影响，并结合超声剪切波弹性成像及筋膜滑动分析，初步探讨其可能作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of fascia compression band combined with conventional rehabilitation training on pain, shoulder joint range of motion, muscle strength around the shoulder joint, and shoulder joint function in patients with frozen shoulder. Additionally, by combining ultrasound shear wave elastography and fascia sliding analysis, we aim to preliminarily explore its possible mechanism of action.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合冻结肩的诊断标准及分期标准； 2.为单侧肩关节发病； 3.年龄为45～60岁； 4.病程超过4个月，但总病程不超过12个月； 5.X线影像学检查能显示出骨密度降低，肩峰处出现钙化，或肩关节造影可发现关节囊变小，滑膜皱襞消失。 6.自愿参加本临床研究，并签署《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic and staging criteria for frozen shoulder; 2. Affects a single shoulder joint; 3. Age between 45 and 60 years; 4. Duration of illness exceeds 4 months, but the total duration does not exceed 12 months; 5. Radiographic examination reveals decreased bone density and calcification at the acromion, or shoulder arthrography shows a reduced joint capsule and disappearance of synovial folds; 6. Willing to participate in this clinical study and sign the Informed Consent Form.

排除标准：

1.对乳胶过敏者。 2.有哮喘病史者； 3.合并肾脏、肝脏及造血系统等严重原发性疾病，或伴有肿瘤、精神疾病者； 4.合并严重高血压、心血管疾病、糖尿病等疾病者； 5.合并肩关节骨折、中风或肩手综合征者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with a latex allergy; 2. Individuals with a history of asthma; 3. Individuals with severe primary diseases affecting the kidneys, liver, or hematopoietic system, or those with tumors or mental disorders; 4. Individuals with severe hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or other such conditions; 5. Individuals with shoulder fractures, stroke, or shoulder-hand syndrome;
