研究目的：

探讨炎症性肠病（IBD）包括溃疡性结肠炎（UC）及克罗恩病（CD）的肠道粘膜、粪便微生态的变化，及其与细菌群的交互作用在肠道炎症和免疫应答中的作用及机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the alterations in intestinal mucosa and fecal microbiota in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD), and explore the roles and mechanisms of their interactions with bacterial communities in intestinal inflammation and immune responses.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁；
2.签署知情同意书；
3.其他器官或部位无感染；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age over 18 years old;
2.Signed informed consent form;
3.No infection in other organs or sites;

排除标准：

1.近三个月使用过抗生素、益生菌、益生元；
2.曾进行过肠道手术；
3.近五年曾患有癌症；
4.IBD不满三个月或超过三年的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Use of antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics within the past three months;
2.History of intestinal surgery;
3.History of cancer within the past five years;
4.Patients with IBD for less than three months or more than three years;
