研究目的：

分析尿石症合并尿路感染患者的病原菌分布、耐药性及其临床特点，为临床早期干预和合理用药提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria as well as the clinical characteristics in patients with urolithiasis complicated by urinary tract infection, so as to provide a scientific basis for early clinical intervention and rational drug use.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18，性别不限； 2.确诊尿石症并伴尿路感染； 3.中段尿培养阳性，有完整的尿培养和药敏试验结果；

Inclusion criteria

1.Inclusion criteria Age >= 18 years, sex unrestricted; 2.Confirmed diagnosis of urolithiasis complicated by urinary-tract infection; 3.Positive mid-stream urine culture with complete bacteriological and antimicrobial-susceptibility reports available;

排除标准：

1.非尿石症并伴尿路感染患者；
2.尿培养阴性，无药敏试验结果；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients without urolithiasis but with urinary tract infection;
2.Negative urine culture, and no antimicrobial susceptibility test results;
