研究目的：

对比使用3D打印椅旁系统和传统方法修复效果，为扩大我国基层口腔卫生机构的诊疗范围、提高基层口腔诊疗水平，促进基层口腔健康维护，提供新的解决思路及坚实的技术基础。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the repair effects achieved using the 3D printing chairside system with those obtained through traditional methods, this study provides new solutions and a solid technical foundation for expanding the diagnostic and treatment scope of grassroots dental health institutions in China, improving the level of grassroots dental care, and promoting the maintenance of oral health at the grassroots level.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

树脂嵌体组： 1.年龄>=18岁且<=65岁，性别不限 2.患牙至少有Ⅱ类(MO或OD)龋齿或者旧修复体，去除龋坏后，剩余牙体组织具有足够的抗力，能够满足充填或嵌体修复的需要； 3.患牙牙髓活力正常，冷热诊同对照牙。若已累及牙髓，需经完善的根管治疗，X 线显示根充恰填，观察 1 周以上，无叩痛，无松动，瘘管消失，牙龈无红肿及压痛，患者无主观不适症状； 4.患牙牙周健康状况良好； 5.牙列较完整，咬合关系基本正常，患牙的对侧同名牙或对颌同名牙存在，且为健康天然牙； 6.身体健康，无全身疾病及不良嗜好，无过敏史； 全口义齿基托组： 1. 全口牙列缺失>3 个月，根据无牙颌牙槽嵴吸收程度分级，选择纳入吸收程度等级中第 1~2 级； 2. 颜面对称，开口度正常； 3. 无严重全身系统疾病及心理疾病，依从性好，有意愿接受临床试验要求并知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Resin Inlay Group: 1.Aged >=18 years and <= 65 years, with no restriction on gender. 2.The affected teeth have at least class Ⅱ (MO or OD) caries or old restorations. After removing the caries, the remaining dental tissues have sufficient resistance to meet the needs of filling or inlay restoration. 3.The pulp vitality of the affected teeth is normal, and the response to cold and heat tests is the same as that of the control teeth. If the pulp is involved, perfect root canal therapy is required. X - rays show that the root filling is appropriate. After observation for more than 1 week, there is no (tenderness to percussion), no loosening, the fistula has disappeared, the gums are not red, swollen or tender, and the patients have no subjective discomfort symptoms. 4.The periodontal condition of the affected teeth is good. 5.The dentition is relatively complete, the occlusal relationship is basically normal, and the contralateral homonymous teeth or opposing homonymous teeth of the affected teeth exist and are healthy natural teeth. 6.In good physical health, without systemic diseases, bad habits or a history of allergies. Complete Denture Base Group: 1.Complete dentition loss for more than 3 months. According to the classification of the absorption degree of edentulous alveolar ridges, those with absorption degree at grade 1 - 2 are selected for inclusion. 2.Symmetrical face and normal mouth opening. 3.Without severe systemic diseases or psychological diseases, with good compliance, willing to accept the requirements of clinical trials and having given informed consent.

排除标准：

树脂嵌体组： 1.尚未完全控制的牙龈炎、牙周炎患者； 2.不能正确刷牙，不能保持良好口腔卫生的患者； 3.咬合力过大，或有咬合不良习惯如磨牙症，紧咬牙等。 全口义齿基托组： 1. 急慢性颞下颌关节紊乱； 2. 口、颌面化学治疗史； 3. 黏膜慢性炎症、增生等或其他将试验过程复杂化的口腔病理状态； 4. 其他影响全口义齿修复治疗的健康状况。

Exclusion criteria：

Resin Inlay Group: 1.Patients with gingivitis or periodontitis that is not yet fully controlled; 2.Patients who are unable to brush their teeth properly and cannot maintain good oral hygiene; 3.Patients with excessive occlusal force or bad occlusal habits such as bruxism and clenching. Complete Denture Base Group: 1.Acute or chronic temporomandibular joint disorders; 2.History of oral or maxillofacial chemotherapy; 3.Chronic mucosal inflammation, hyperplasia, or other oral pathological conditions that would complicate the trial process; 4.Other health conditions that affect the treatment of complete denture restoration.
