研究目的：

（1）本研究拟采用书写表达积极情绪改善稳定期精神分裂症患者自我效能感和主观幸福感，有利于提高患者生活质量，恢复社会功能，为患者重新融入社会、实现自我价值奠定基础，对患者回归社会有一定现实意义。 （2）本研究拓宽了书写表达积极情绪的应用领域，为这一训练方法的应用提供了更多的可能性和应用场景。 （3）为今后改善稳定期精神分裂症患者自我效能及主观幸福感提供一种新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) This study aims to use written expression of positive emotions to improve the self-efficacy and subjective well-being of patients with stable schizophrenia, which is beneficial for enhancing their quality of life, restoring their social functions, laying the foundation for them to reintegrate into society and realize their self-worth, and has certain practical significance for their return to society. (2) This study expands the application field of written expression of positive emotions and provides more possibilities and application scenarios for the application of this training method. (3) It provides a new idea for improving the self-efficacy and subjective well-being of patients with stable schizophrenia in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》第3版(CCMD-3)以上，或国际疾病分类第11版(ICD-11)以上精神分裂症诊断标准的精神分裂症患者； 1. 有完整的语言理解和表达能力，能够合作，无明显思维逻辑障碍； 2. 患者入组前经系统抗精神病药物治疗，病情趋于稳定，达到临床有效标准：阳性和阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)总分减分率>=50%或者PANSS总分<=60分且PANSS中阳性量表中P1妄想、P2概念紊乱、P3幻觉、P6猜疑/被害条目均<=3分；阴性症状量表分数<25分； 3. 小学及以上学历，以保证被试具有阅读并理解本研究所需量表的能力以及基本的书写能力； 4. 取得本人或监护人的同意，签署知情同意书，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with schizophrenia who meet the diagnostic criteria of the 3rd edition of the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders (CCMD-3) or above, or the 11th edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11); (1) Have complete language comprehension and expression abilities, can cooperate, and have no obvious thinking and logical disorders; (2) Before being enrolled in the study, the patients received systematic antipsychotic drug treatment, and their condition stabilized, reaching the clinical effective standard: the total score reduction rate of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) >= 50% or the total score of PANSS <= 60 points and the scores of the positive scale items P1 delusion, P2 conceptual disorder, P3 hallucination, and P6 suspicion/victimization items in PANSS are all <= 3 points; the score of the negative syndrome scale is < 25 points [48]; (3) Have a primary school education or above to ensure that the participants have the ability to read and understand the required scales of this study and have basic writing skills; (4) Obtain the consent of the individual or the guardian and sign the informed consent form, voluntarily participating in this study.

排除标准：

1. 物质（酒精、精神类活性物质）滥用； 2. 存在听觉或视觉感知障碍； 3. 严重的躯体疾病或药物副作用，精神发育迟滞或脑器质性疾病患者； 4. 正在参加或者近30天以内参加过相关心理干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abuse of substances (alcohol, psychoactive substances); 2. Presence of auditory or visual perception disorders; 3. Severe physical diseases or drug side effects, patients with mental retardation or brain organic diseases; 4. Currently participating in or having participated in related psychological intervention studies within the past 30 days.
