研究目的：

旨在探究老年胃肠道肿瘤患者术前6MWT（含静态步行距离及动态多维度指标）与术后早期活动能力的相关性，明确预测术后早期活动能力的6MWT关键指标及临界值，同时分析术前合并症、营养状态等因素对该关联的影响，为临床制定个性化围术期管理方案提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Aims to explore the correlation between preoperative 6MWT (including static walking distance and dynamic multidimensional indicators) and early postoperative mobility in elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors, to identify key 6MWT indicators and critical values for predicting early postoperative mobility, while analyzing the impact of preoperative comorbidities, nutritional status, and other factors on this correlation , providing evidence-based support for the clinical development of personalized perioperative management plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=60岁 ； 2. ASA Ⅰ～Ⅲ级； 3. 计划接受胃肠道肿瘤手术患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years; 2. ASA Class I-III; 3. Patients scheduled to undergo gastrointestinal tumor surgery;

排除标准：

1. 拒绝进行6MWT； 2. 存在神经/肌肉/关节疾病无法全程独立完成步行； 3. 合并严重心脏疾病患者 4. 急诊手术患者； 5. 不能配合研究，如语言理解障碍、精神疾病等； 6. 拒绝签署研究知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refusal to undergo 6MWT; 2. Presence of neurological/muscular/joint disease preventing independent completion of the walk throughout; 3. Patients with severe cardiac disease; 4. Emergency surgery patients; 5. Inability to cooperate with the study, such as language comprehension disorders, mental illness, etc.; 6. Refusal to sign the informed consent form for the study.
