验证受试设备（多参数监护仪）脉搏血氧饱和度测量的准确度和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the clinical safety and accuracy of the test product for the measurement of pulse oxygen saturation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.知情同意并自愿签署知情同意书； 2.受试者必须愿意且能够遵守研究步骤； 3.健康成年志愿者，年龄在18岁到45周岁； 4.CoHb(一氧化碳血红蛋白)<=3%，MeHb(高铁血红蛋白)<=2%，ctHb(血红蛋白)>=10g/dL； 5.验前经改进的艾伦测试法测试阴性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Provide informed consent and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. The subjects must be willing and able to follow the research procedures; 3. Healthy adult volunteers, aged between 18 and 45 years old; 4. COHb (carbon monoxide hemoglobin) <= 3%, MeHb (oxyhemoglobin) <= 2%, ctHb (hemoglobin) >= 10g/dL; 5. Before the test, the modified Allen test method was negative.

排除标准：

1.长期吸烟和长期暴露在高一氧化碳气体中的受试者； 2.动脉穿刺部位有皮肤感染者； 3.近期有呼吸道感染者； 4.手指夹上有涂指甲油者； 5.有慢性心肺疾病者； 6.双侧Allen’s试验阳性； 7.究者认为太肥胖或其他不宜参加本临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Long-term smokers and subjects long-term exposure to high carbon monoxide; 2.Skin infection at the arterial puncture site; 3.Those who have recently had respiratory infections; 4.Those with nail polish on their finger clips; 5.Those with chronic heart and lung disease; 6.Those with positive results by bilateral Allen's test; 7.The investigators believe that they are too obese or other reasonable causes excluding subjects participating in this clinical trial by the assessment of the subject.
