研究目的：

本研究将在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院内科住院部病房内开展。对照组以教科书为基础的传统消化系统疾病理论教学，涵盖疾病的病因、病理、临床表现、诊断和治疗等基础知识。实验组则接受基于OBE原理的创新教学。我们创新研发课程“三维”整合人文病例库，通过PBL和情景模拟将人文价值观融入具体疾病教学。培训结束后发放电子调查问卷，分析传统教学方法和创新教学方法的教学方法效果差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will be conducted in the internal medicine inpatient ward of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The control group will receive traditional gastrointestinal disease theory teaching based on textbooks, covering basic knowledge such as etiology, pathology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases. The experimental group will receive innovative teaching based on the OBE principle. We have innovatively developed a "three-dimensional" integrated humanistic case library, incorporating humanistic values into specific disease teaching through PBL and scenario simulations. After the training, electronic questionnaires will be distributed to analyze the differences in teaching effectiveness between traditional and innovative teaching methods.
